At the very heart of the Printed Circuit Board Test Cell is the latest range of collaborative robots from Techman and Omron, the TM-S Series.

Options

Rapid Changeover

Rapid changeover of robot tooling and test fixtures allows the cell to be used for many different PCB types and functions.

PCB Breakout

A second robot can be added to allow PCB panels to be automatically taken from a magazine and broken out before they are tested.

Machine Interaction

Physical interaction with equipment which requires manual intervention e.g. operating lids, levers, doors or initiating processes.

Labelling

Automated labelling of components for tracking or production purposes.

Component Inspection

The integrated vision system is one of the big advantages of TM collaborative robots. It is designed for industrial grade pattern recognition, object positioning, and feature identification. This can be set up without going through the complex steps of integrating external cameras or lighting equipment. It can be utilised for parts inspection (AOI), measurement and visual functional checks e.g. LED functionality or even reading test results from an instrument display.

Conveyor Systems

The Printed Circuit Board Test Cell can be integrated with existing in-feed and out-feed conveyors, or it can be supplied with a conveyor system tailored to your requirements.

Data Intergration
